Airline computer troubles
Great quote:
"Obviously, the airlines have become way too dependent on computers," said Terry Trippler, an airline industry expert in Minneapolis. "Imagine a computer glitch and all the Wal-Mart stores across the country shut down, (founder) Sam (Walton) would come out of his grave."

This is an "industry expert"? Do you know any other way to manage hundreds of thousands of records that need instant access and modification? If this was security realted, they aren't talking about it. There is a lame explanation towards the end that claims data corruption is the culprit.
